The Board of Directors of the Georgia Gang Investigators Association (GGIA) has approved the implementation of a Basic Street Gang Investigator Certification for its members. The certification course will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018, at the Armstrong Campus of Georgia Southern University located at 11935 Abercorn Street. The class will be held in Room 157 in University Hall.
Personnel applying to obtain a GGIA Basic Street Gang Investigator Certification must meet the following
criteria:
Be a member in good standing of the Georgia Gang Investigators Association
Registration and payment required in advance
Pay a tuition cost of $100.00
Attend the entire 8 hour GGIA Basic Street Gang Investigator Certification Course
Successfully pass the Basic Street Gang Investigator Certification test of 50 questions with minimum score of 70%
