The Board of Directors of the Georgia Gang Investigators Association is excited to announce a new Gang Investigator Certification Course offered to our association members.
The first Human Trafficking Gang Investigator Certification Course will be offered on Monday, August 8, 2022, prior to the start of the GGIA 2022 Summer Conference in Savannah, Georgia.
This certification class is open for all GGIA members who have successfully completed the Basic Gang Investigator's Certification Course.
Note: Those GGIA members who have successfully completed the Intermediate Gang Investigators Certification Course will be given priority during the registration process.
The Human Trafficking Gang Investigator Certification Course is an 8-hour GAPOST eligible training event with a 40-question final exam. Students must achieve 70% on the final exam to receive the GGIA certification. The class size will be limited to 50 attendees. There will be required reading material provided to attendees 14 days prior to the class. These reading assignments will contain material that will be part of the final exam.
